D.C.’S BEES: NATIVES IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS (ONLINE LECTURE)
Dr. Olivia Carril and Dr. Joseph Wilson      

The U.S. and Canada has nearly four times more species of bees than birds. This online lecture will introduce participants to the diverse, beautiful, and essential native bees that coexist with residents of the D.C. area. Drs. Carril and Wilson will introduce some of the most common bees found in the East Coast and celebrate their importance in today's urban and wild landscapes.
