Delicate, aromatic wild mushrooms like morels, hen-of-the-wood, wood ear, oyster, and porcini are a rare treat this time of year. During this week's online cooking demonstration, Danielle will share ideas for preparing these woodland treasures, while highlighting a recipe using a variety of mushrooms. Adrienne is in her garden toughening up those warm-weather seedlings so they’ll be ready to go outside and get growing.
