ONLINE WORKSHOP: MAKE YOUR OWN BOTANICAL BITTERS
Dwight Grimm, Owner and Head Mixologist of the Projectionists Club at the Greenville Drive-in, Greenville, NY

Join Dwight and his wife Leigh from the comfort of your own kitchen for a hands-on journey through the centuries-old history of botanical bitters, culminating in a tutorial for preparing your own concoction from the kit that will be mailed to you. It’s easy and will take your libation arts to the next level just in time for the holidays!

Participant-Provided Materials List:
8oz jar with lid
Strainer
Large bowl (measuring bowl if possible)
1 cup vodka

Please note: This workshop is for adults age 21 and older. A bitters making kit with herbs and eye-dropper bottle will be mailed to you in advance of the workshop. Additional supply needs noted above. Registration for this workshop will close at 11:55 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, October 23, 2020 to allow time for shipping of workshop items. Any additional supply needs will be noted in an email sent to you once registration has closed. Make sure your current shipping address is listed with your registration. Participants will be emailed the link to access the lecture at 12:15 a.m. ET on Saturday, November 7, 2020.
