**FULL** ONLINE BOOK TALK: RESILIENCE--CONNECTING WITH NATURE IN A TIME OF CRISIS

Melanie Choukas-Bradley, Author, Naturalist, Certified Forest Therapy Guide

Join Melanie Choukas-Bradley for an online program based on her new book, Resilience—Connecting with Nature in a Time of Crisis. Melanie will share what she has discovered about enjoying nature close to home. Learn how you can enrich your life as a “forest bather” and naturalist in your own backyard. The Coronavirus crisis limits our physical horizons and slows down the pace of life. As we struggle to come to terms with this new reality, one of the best things we can do for ourselves is to get outside and tune in to the beauty and wonder around us. Melanie will share her experience as a nature book author, naturalist, and forest therapy guide, and will address your questions and comments about how your relationship with nature is changing during the pandemic.

Please note: This program has a 100 registrant limit. Participants will be emailed the link the evening before the online lecture occurs. Registration closes at 5 p.m. EST on Friday, June 5, 2020. This program will be recorded and made available for viewing after the workshop concludes.
